Remembering Baba Prince, Dr. Johnny F. Price

In Memoriam: Dr. JOHNNY FRANK PRICE, beloved father, grandfather, Godfather, brother, uncle, son, friend, great businessman, spiritual giant, beautiful human being- now venerable Ancestor. May he rest in victory.
Oftentimes, one does not meet one's "significant others", i.e. , one's fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, mates...until one has far advanced into our "lifetime". Sometimes they come wearing different labels: acquaintance, co-worker, teacher, student, friend, in-law, etc. Fortunately, by the Grace of God, we may finally be able to recognize them and relate to them for who they truly are: loved ones who have been with us from our mutual beginning. The gift of awareness enables us to see, with vision that far exceeds "20/20", that since we have always been with each other, we shall never be one without the other.
Being cognizant, i.e. aware, awake, was of the utmost importance to Baba Prince, who lived and moved and had his Being in Truth. Illusion was anathema to him for he had come to know himself and, thereby, who his Significant others were, including his Guru, Maharaj Charan Singh. He was called by many names: His Guru called him "Baba Prince"; his parents called him "Johnny"; his children, call him "Dad". He called me "GuruMaji" but it took me a little while to "see" him- not only as a spiritual mentor- but, also as my "son".
I do not know in what guise Baba Prince Dr. Johnny Frank Price and I will be in our next "lifetime" but, I do know that our journey together continues and we shall forever remain united as he joins the Ancestral realm.
