To Every Thing There is a Season...[1]

Updated: Oct 6, 2020

As we enter into the beautiful season of Autumn, I trust you are well.

Enthusiasm, which means "zeal", is the healing mind power for October.* It is important for you to express enthusiasm in every area of your life. Some might be tempted to ask what there is to be enthusiastic about while our country appears to be dealing with a pandemic, systemic racism, increasing violence, the lack of positive governmental leadership, and more. Trust me. Despite all of the negative appearances, you have an infinite number of blessings for which to be thankful. Your enthusiasm will stem from your willingness to recognize and appreciate all that you are and all that you have.  First and foremost: You are the Child of an Awesome God. You were divinely created by God in [God's] image and likeness. You are a spiritual being in a human body, placed on this earth to live life fully and abundantly.[2] Secondly: God has already given you all the gifts you could ever need, want, or desire to enable you to enjoy an abundant life.   In order to enjoy your gifts, it is up to you to open the package, accept the gifts, be thankful, and find ways to use them for yourself and share them, unconditionally, with others. The awe-inspiring gifts that God has given to you and to everyman are: Life, Love, Wisdom, Peace, Power, Beauty, and Joy. Each time you use one of God’s gifts in a positive, loving and constructive manner, you will be building up blessings that will be returned to you tenfold. Your life will flourish as you think positively of yourself as well as everyone. While using your gifts, it is important to remember that you must love God above all things; love and respect yourself, and love and respect your neighbor as yourself. Every man is your neighbor, regardless of race, color, beliefs, political persuasion, and so on. It is important to look beyond appearances and see “The CHRIST” in every man. Take a walk and witness the changing season. Think of it as a symbol of your life unfolding and changing into more and more of what God intended for you to be. Be thankful for the “Beautiful You” that you are becoming. Carry with you an attitude of gratitude, and repeat often the affirmation below:

AFFIRMATION“I trust God, as I look forward to all impending events with enthusiasm and expectations of good, and only good.” And So It Is!!!

Blognotes: [1] Ecclesiastes 3:1-8,15 (1) To everything there is a season; and a time to every purpose under the heaven... (15) That which has been is now, and that which is to be hath already been: and God requireth that  which is past. [2] Genesis 1:26-30 (27) So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him, male and female created he them. Romans 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you.  Psalm 82:6 I have said ye are God's, and all of you are the children of the most High. John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.  *Charles Fillmore, "Twelve Powers: Spiritual Tools for an Abundant Life.
